Necoco Ltd may collect, store and process customer’s account information provided by the customer at the time of registration and information generated during the use of services/products which have been made available to the customer by Necoco Ltd. The registration procedure and/or the acceptance of the services serves as a legal basis for Necoco Ltd to process customer personal information.
Necoco Ltd is authorized to process personal customer information such as but not limited to first name, last name, address, email address, phone number, customer account name, registration number, account balance, and account statements. Necoco Ltd is authorized to process corporate documentation, statements, accounts, personal information of the officers and other information of the corporate customer. We may use the mentioned information for communication, customer support, validation, authorization and security purposes. The registration procedure and/or the acceptance of the services serve as a legal basis for Necoco Ltd to process customer personal information.
Necoco Ltd is authorized to request and process registered customers’ and its legal person’s customers’ officers’ identification documents’ data. Such documentation may include passport, social security number, personal identification, utility bills, and statements and will be used for security, verification, authorization or legal purposes. This information may also be used to protect customers from any form of fraudulent activity on services made available to customer by Necoco Ltd or to regain access to their customer account if the account has been violated or hacked.
To provide better quality services, for security, marketing and statistics purposes Necoco Ltd may collect, store and process usage information such as location, cookies, behavior statistics, web traffic data, IP addresses, errors information, actions logs, etc.
Necoco Ltd may collect, store and process data related to customers transaction activity such as transaction identifiers, payment methods, recipient’s and remitter’s personal information, currency and volumes, and other. The registration procedure and/or the acceptance of the service serve as a legal basis for Necoco Ltd to process such information. We use this information for security purposes and as a basis for resolution of potential disputes.
Necoco Ltd is authorized to collect, store and process information related to cryptocurrency transactions, blockchain operations, transaction identifiers, deposit addresses, bitcoin amount, timestamps, etc. from customers’ wallets. The registration procedure and/or the acceptance of the service serve as a legal basis for Necoco Ltd to process such information. We use this information for security purposes, provision of customer service, records or/end potential disputes resolution.
Necoco Ltd is authorized to collect, store and process all the communication data that has happened via and/or in relation to services made available to customers by Necoco Ltd: customer messages, chats, attachments, etc. Such information may include personal data, pictures, files, IP addresses, names, addresses, video files, personal identification documents, etc. The registration procedure and/or the acceptance of the service serve as a legal basis for Necoco Ltd to process such information. We use this information for security purposes, provision of customer service, records or/end potential disputes resolution.
Necoco Ltd is authorized to collect, store and process the information we get from customers for notification purposes or subscriptions (registration) to services made available by Necoco Ltd. Necoco Ltd is authorized to collect and retain customers’ personal information in order to make the services available to customers and assist with customers’ inquiries. The registration procedure and/or the acceptance of the service serves as a legal basis for Necoco Ltd to process such information.
Necoco Ltd is authorized to analyze the information mentioned in the above chapters obtained directly from our registered customers and/or from external resources and/or our service providers or affiliates. We analyze this data for security purposes (for both Necoco Ltd and our customers). In the event we detect signs of fraud, illegal activity, account misuse or breach of applicable legislation, this may lead to the suspension or termination of a customers’ registration and/or account related to services that were made available to the customer by Necoco Ltd.
Necoco Ltd is authorized to use all the above-mentioned data for legal procedures, potential legal proceedings, claims, court hearings or if otherwise required to do so by law or any Governmental or law enforcement agency to protect Necoco Ltd rights, our services providers’ rights, Necoco Ltd registered customers’ rights or third-parties’ rights.
Necoco Ltd is authorized to process Necoco Ltd customers’ personal data for purposes other than stipulated in this chapter, in case Necoco Ltd is bound by any legal obligation to protect the Necoco Ltd, Necoco Ltd customers or other third-party legal rights.
All the personal information that the Necoco Ltd customer has made publicly accessible (chat, forum, customer profile, etc.) is considered public and controlled by the customer. Publicly accessible information loses privacy privileges and may cause undesired spam or other issues.
Publicly accessible information may be used and/or shared by others out of your control. Please make sure you are aware of what information you make public and take full responsibility for any consequences related to such actions.
All the transaction history and the of the customer must be kept for fourteen days after the Necoco Ltd customer registration has been deleted from the Necoco Ltd system.
All the communications made on the Necoco Ltd services are kept for five years after deleting the Necoco Ltd customer registration.
You are eligible to request that your personal information be corrected and completed in case it is incorrect or incomplete.
